Derby placement

My scout took first place in the pinewood derby for his den and second place for districts. He's been a happy cub! Way to go buddy! 

Easter

Easter day was nice. The kids enjoyed a big basket from grandma and an egg search in the back yard. When we first started doing easter, we would fill the plastic eggs with yogurt covered raisins and assorted nuts. They loved it, but somehow over the past couple years we ended up with nothing but sugar. Maybe next year we'll have better balance. 

Big sis took all the pics and they were so excited because this was their first PEZ. Cute little duckie!

Spring Break 2012

We had a wonderful spring break this year. Spent time in Poulsbo WA on the bay, exploring Seattle more, hanging out in Bellavue and lounging at home. Here are some pics we got.

The rain poured in Seattle and at home for days before and after our trip. The only sunny days were while we were having fun. Thank you Mother Nature!
We hope everyone had a wonderful spring break as well and now we are looking forward to summer activities and trips!
